United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Custom No.9 controls this Site from the U.A.E. Custom No.9 makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
Terms of sale
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be outlined on purchase invoices to all orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines.
The images on our site are for the purpose of illustration only. We aim to showcase images of our pieces that are true to reality, however we cannot be held liable for any slight change in colour or tone from viewing on any digital screen which may augment them.
Samples and natural materials
Our marbles, oak veneer and Terrazzo all derive from natural materials. This means that although the material you select will be the same, each piece may have different characteristics, grain patterns and markings. Some pieces may also have natural knots, surface etches, oxidation, mineral staining and natural line patterns. Custom No.9 cannot accept responsibility for any rejected orders based on the above. Rest assured that our team will always review our products and would not send something out if it was not 100% satisfactory.
The materials on our site are subject to availability. Whilst we have made sure they are readily available to use, there may be cases that are out of our hands where materials may not be available. In this instance, we will contact you via email straight away to let you know that materials are not available or may be subject to delay.
If we are unable to process your order due to an error in pricing we will contact you straight away.
Warranty We offer one year’s warranty on all ‘Furniture’ items covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It excludes any damage, conditions or malfunctions caused by the owner altering the product in any way.
Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
To obtain warranty services on a product, please contact us to determine the best solution to the problem. Each will be treated on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any warranty on ‘Home Décor’ products.
